Easy Agile is looking for an Engineering Manager to grow our engineering team. We build software for agile teams at over 1,700 global companies like Netflix, NFL, Disney, Lego, EA, Mercedes, Dell and Twitter. More about you

As an Engineering Manager at Easy Agile, your role requires leading, building and growing a truly world-class engineering culture. Our Product and Engineering teams doubled in size in the last year to 15 people and we see that growth continuing as we strive to meet customer demand.

You’ve consciously chosen the people management track vs the technical path for your career and are driven by enabling others through your leadership (although you are a software engineer at heart). You understand the value of a strong, balanced and inclusive engineering culture aiming for a sustainable pace.

You love leading by example, consistently improving how you work and sharing what you learn with the team. Your dream job is annihilating red tape, legacy systems and sacred cows. You value collaboration over confrontation as you know big company goals cannot be achieved by individuals. You love advocating for the engineering experience, ensure we prioritise tech enablers, help the team avoid rabbit holes and make effective decisions.

You are genuinely passionate about mentoring, coaching and empowering your team members to do their best work and enabling them to punch above their weight. You naturally gravitate towards an empathetic leadership style. You are genuinely excited about hanging out and building lasting friendships with team members.
