Easy Agile is on the look out for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us achieve our mission to make 10,000,000 agile teams around the world work better together.

The role of Product Marketing Manager spans everything from launching new products, creating content, customer journey optimisation and customer research. You will combine system two thinking, empathy and creativity to ensure we punch above our weight. You will commit to the team by being authentic, courageous and generous.

Our solutions are used by teams at companies like Netflix, NFL, Disney, Lego, EA, Mercedes, Dell and Twitter. We’re focused on serving our global customers while working locally and achieving balance.

More about you

You love working smart to deliver value to customers. You have the ability to roll up your sleeves and lead a campaign from concept through to launch as part of a cross-functional team. You can pull insight from data and craft incredible content for our partner and customer audiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Propose, test and implement experiments to improve traffic, conversion and retention
  • Specialise in existing customer communications & partner closely with the product and partnerships team to lead strategic product rollouts, content development, and customer research
  • Collaborate with our brand agency and freelancers
  • Ensure a harmonious customer experience across all of our assets

We'll be excited if you...

  • Have experience in product marketing, digital strategy or campaign management in a technology company
  • Can create high-quality content for our audiences in various formats (video tutorials, blog posts, social media, ad copy, podcasts, email, landing pages)
  • Can demonstrate achievements in driving acquisition, engagement and conversion through organic, paid or referral channels
  • Worked in an agile team

Your day one qualities

We expect that on your first day you will:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategy, measurement and optimisation initiatives
  • Work closely with Product Management, Development, and other Marketing team members to craft product positioning and messaging
  • Strong copywriting and communication abilities, with a demonstrated ability to present and speak with confidence
  • Proactivity in looking for opportunities where the team/business can improve whether it be operational process, analytics or marketing performance
