You love being part of growing something and find fulfilment out of hiring people and watching them flourish in their roles. We don’t want a 'bums on seat' approach. We want to carefully build our teams to be effective, diverse and empathetic.
You will partner with the founders and leaders in the business to strategically plan how the organisation will grow, set out the plan to get there and deliver on those goals. You will be part of our growing People Team and while you will be the sole TA to start, you will have a great team to collaborate with.
You obsess over the candidate experience and ensure that no matter the outcome, a candidate has a memorable recruitment experience with us (this includes being good at giving tough feedback). We’ve been experimenting with pieces to make the experience better and we’d love to level this up and make it world-class. This includes training employees and leaders on how to be effective interviewers and advocates for the candidate experience.
You love change and have a hunger to continuously improve the way we attract and recruit new people. We would love you to reimagine how we communicate our careers, how we write our JD’s and how we bring in people to join the team. This includes being passionate about designing equitable recruitment processes and practices.
You’re curious and passionate about how we can lead with an authentic voice and employer brand. You are keen to get your hands dirty curating different ways we can host events, connect with the community and hire people through a relationship-based approach. You are creative and crafty in your approach to actively finding and engaging passive talent.
