Easy Agile is on the look out for a passionate Talent Business Partner to join our team and help us achieve our mission to make 10,000,000 agile teams around the world work better together.

The role of Talent Business Partner spans everything from our employer brand, recruitment and on-boarding, through to ongoing team member learning and development programs and 360 reviews. This role is the first talent hire at a scale up and requires creativity to deliver outcomes.

You combine empathy, system two, and strategic thinking to ensure we deliver a great experience for our team members and enable them to focus their energy on our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Guiding the leadership team on the company’s talent strategy, turning desired business outcomes into a hiring plan and job descriptions
  • Proactively source outstanding candidates and lead them through the recruitment process to day 1
  • Owning our EVP, team member on-boarding process and the day-to-day team member experience
  • Collaborating with team members to understand their career aspirations and create tailored learning and development plans

We'll be excited if you...

  • Have a vision for our employer brand and are able to translate that into high impact projects
  • Have prior experience in human resources or recruitment, working in-house for a startup or in the software industry
  • Know how to run an effective top grading interview
  • Can demonstrate system two thinking

  • Organised and methodical, your research is streamlined and all your interactions are thoroughly documented. You demonstrate attention to detail and nuance

  • Have a learning mindset, you believe there are always new techniques to experiment with and are excited to develop your skills
  • Warm, authentic and can build great relationships with both candidates and a variety of DiSC types
  • Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking
