Frequently Asked Questions

When will support for Atlassian Server products end?

February 15, 2024.

“However, you can stay supported and benefit from continued innovation by migrating to our Cloud or Data Center products.”

When will user tier upgrades or downgrades end?

February 15, 2022.

“You will no longer be able to upgrade or downgrade user tiers for your Server products or apps. Changing user tiers will only be available by moving to either Cloud or Data Center.”

When will new app sales end?

February 2, 2023.

“You can no longer purchase new apps for your existing Server licenses. App renewals are expected to be prorated with an end date of February 2, 2024 PT to match your Server products' end of support date.”

When will I no longer be able to receive support?

February 15, 2024.

“Support and bug fixes will no longer be available for your Server products and apps, and any renewals will be prorated to match this date. To stay secure and benefit from continued innovation, we strongly recommend migrating to Cloud or Data Center before the end of support date.”
