1. Eligibility

This SPIF program is open to all eligible Atlassian solution partners.

Only designated representatives of eligible Atlassian solution partners may participate.

The program applies to sales of Easy Agile product licenses only.

2. Incentive Payout

Incentive amounts are based on the value and type of qualifying deals.
- Tier 1: Greater than 1,000 user tier
  - Evaluation reward: $100 USD
  - License reward: $400 USD
- Tier 2: 500 - 1,000 user tier
  - Evaluation reward: $100 USD
  - License reward: $150 USD
Rewards will be paid out between 30 - 60 days of:
- When a solution partner registers the evaluation AND the evaluation is verified on the Easy Agile system.
- When a solution partner registers the commercial sale AND the commercial sale is verified on the Easy Agile system.
SPIFs will be paid in the form of a Tremendous gift card directly to the Partner representative who registered the evaluation and/or the commercial sale.

3. Qualifying Sales

Qualifying sales must be new customer acquisitions to Easy Agile or cross-sell (for example, a current Easy Agile customer purchases a second Easy Agile product).
Renewals, upgrades and zero dollar transactions are excluded and will not be rewarded.
Deals must be registered through the Easy Agile website in a timely manner (within 30 days)
Deals must close within the defined program period to qualify for SPIF payouts.
Once a commercial license is purchased by a customer, they need to have the license for at least 30 days before the solution partner will receive their reward and a customer has not requested a refund.

4. Program Period

This SPIF program is active from November 1 2024 to June 1 2025. Any evaluations or commercial sales registered and made outside this period are not eligible.
Easy Agile reserves the right to modify, end or extend the SPIF program period at its discretion.

5. Submission Process

Partners must submit each deal for SPIF consideration via the Easy Agile website.
If more than one Easy Agile product is evaluated or purchased at one time, each product evaluation or license purchase must be submitted separately.
Submissions must include accurate details on the deal, including solution partner and customer information.
Easy Agile may require additional documentation or verification before approving SPIF payments.

6. Compliance

Partners and their representatives must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.
- Partners and their representatives must comply with all applicable rules and regulations of their own organisations.
Any fraudulent or unethical behaviour will disqualify the partner representative from the SPIF program and may result in additional consequences.
The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions for any fraudulent or non-compliant sales.

7. SPIF Limitations

Each deal can only qualify for one SPIF reward, even if multiple individuals contributed to the sale.
SPIF incentives are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
SPIFs may be capped or limited to a certain number of deals per partner based on program rules.

8. Taxes and Reporting

All taxes associated with SPIF earnings are the responsibility of the partner and/or their representatives.
Partners are responsible for reporting SPIF earnings as required by local tax regulations.

9. Changes to Program

Easy Agile reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SPIF program at any time without prior notice.
Changes to the terms will be communicated to partners, and continued participation in the program implies acceptance of updated terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or discrepancies regarding SPIF eligibility, payouts, or terms will be reviewed by Easy Agile. Final decisions rest with Easy Agile and are binding.
