We’re available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sydney time (AEST/AEDT). If your production migration is scheduled outside these hours, you can request out-of-hours support. These requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before your planned migration.
To request out-of-hours support, please confirm:
- Your migration path is supported
- The Easy Agile app is updated to the latest version on your Server or Data Center site
- The Easy Agile app is installed on your destination Cloud site
- JCMA is updated to the latest version
- You have completed a successful test migration
If your request does not meet all these criteria, we may not be able to assist before your production window.
We’ll review your request and confirm within 48 hours if we can provide support for your requested migration date.
