Our prices are changing

Since our last pricing revision (2021 for Cloud, February 2022 for Data Center), a lot has evolved at Easy Agile. We have invested significantly in our product development team to allow us to continue to make improvements and deliver the quality you have come to expect.

As we aim to provide more standardised, predictable and scaleable pricing for our products, we will be adjusting our pricing.

• Our Cloud prices on some user tiers will be decreased significantly to allow us to help more enterprise teams across the globe achieve true agility with our applications at scale.
• Our Data Center prices on some user tiers will be increased to ensure we can continue to invest in the rigorous Atlassian Data Center certification and compliance program for security, trust and safety.
• Server prices across all tiers will increase by 15%

Price changes will come into effect on 27 February, 2023 PT.

Since the last pricing change, Easy Agile has continued listening to our customers and invested in our products with the release of many improvements to assist agile teams.

Easy Agile TeamRhythm

Easy Agile TeamRhythm is a user-friendly solution that supports user story mapping, sprint planning, version planning, backlog refinement, and team retrospectives.

• Relaunched as Easy Agile TeamRhythm, to reflect our intention to help agile teams find their rhythm with the agile ceremonies that help them do their best work together.
• Added the retrospectives feature, to help you and your team discover how you work best together, celebrate wins, and share learnings.
• Made sub-tasks visible on the User Story Map for added context when planning sprints and refining the backlog.
• Introduced filters for third level hierarchy, giving you greater control of what you display on the User Story Map.

Easy Agile Programs

Easy Agile Programs is a powerful tool not only for PI Planning, but for maintaining team alignment to deliver value throughout execution. To build on this, we have:

• Added PI Objectives to the Team Planning Board so teams understand how they are adding value
• Enabled date syncing with native Jira date fields so Programs is a single source of truth during and beyond planning
• Surfaced scheduling conflicts in a highly visual way to help unblock teams
• Built an additional layer of hierarchy to connect scheduled work to higher level business initiatives

This pricing change will help us maintain our momentum and enable us to continue to deliver value and exceed the expectations of our customers and partners.

Why are you adjusting your prices?

We have decided to adjust the prices of both Easy Agile TeamRhythm (previously User Story Maps) and Easy Agile Programs on Cloud, Data Center and Server. These changes will also help us continue to release new features, maintain the high quality of our applications and deliver exceptional customer service.

What enhancements to the products have Easy Agile made since the last pricing changes?

Since the last pricing change in February 2022 (Data Center) and July 2021 (Cloud), Easy Agile has continued to release new features, including:

Will there be product enhancements and improvements following the pricing increase?

The Easy Agile team is continuously delivering new features and improvements to our products, with customer votes for items on the product backlog directing our next stages of development. I’m on a trial but haven’t signed up yet. What does this mean for me?

If you are on a current trial of an Easy Agile application you must either purchase a license or generate a quote prior to February 27, 2023 PT in order to lock in the original price. Your quote will be honoured for 60 days at the original price. Any quotes generated or purchases made without a quote after this date will be at the new price.

Can I buy or renew apps at the original price?

Existing customers must either renew a license or generate a quote prior to February 27, 2023 PT in order to lock in the original price. Your quote will be honoured for 60 days at the original price. Any quotes generated or renewals made without a quote after this date will be at the new price.

I’m on Server. How do these pricing changes impact me?

From February 15 2023, Atlassian customers will no longer be able to purchase new applications for existing Server licenses. App renewals will be prorated with an end date of February 15 2024 PT to match your Server product's end of support date.

From February 15, 2024, support and bug fixes will no longer be available for your Server products and apps, and any renewals will be prorated to match this date. Find out more information about end of Server on the Atlassian website.
