Pricing change overview

The new pricing applies to all new Data Center purchases, upgrades, and renewals. List prices will increase as follows:

The pricing changes will come into effect from 30 October 2024 PT.

Our continued investment in our Data Center products

Easy Agile has continued listening to our customers and invested in our products with the release of the following improvements over the past 18 months:

Easy Agile TeamRhythm

  • We have invested heavily to enhance the retrospective experience in several areas:
    • Introduction of new retrospective templates for improved facilitation and team engagement
    • Enhanced management of retrospective participants to foster psychological safety
    • New grouping functionality to more easily uncover trends and insights around improvement areas
    • More visibility into incomplete retrospective action items to facilitate a bias to action
  • We also introduced dependency visualisation (one of our most highly voted features) on the User Story Map to help teams avoid roadblocks and manage delays

Easy Agile Programs

  • We have made significant investments to improve the way teams manage dependencies and risks:
    • Introduction of external dependencies to help teams coordinate across multiple projects and teams
    • New Dependency Map and Report features to give better visibility into task relationships and risks
  • We’ve also enhanced PI Planning management to support greater team flexibility and alignment:
    • Custom Sprint Lengths allow teams to adjust sprint durations to match their specific workflow needs
    • Enhanced filtering options streamline planning by helping teams focus on the most critical tasks
  • On the technical side, we've improved integration and performance to ensure a smoother experience:
    • Expanded ScriptRunner Integration offers more powerful automation and customization options
    • REST API enhancements enable better connectivity with your existing tools
    • Performance improvements deliver faster load times and a more responsive experience for large-scale projects

On Oct 30, 2024 PT, the list price for Easy Agile Programs and Easy Agile TeamRhythm on Data Center will increase as follows:

We are adjusting our pricing for both Easy Agile TeamRhythm and Easy Agile Programs to:

  • help us maintain the high-quality experience you expect from our Data Center products
  • live our purpose by investing in new and innovative capabilities that support your journey toward realizing the benefits of agile
  • continue to invest in our product suite, shipping valuable features, and maintaining seamless integration with Jira

When does the pricing take effect?

The Easy Agile pricing changes take effect from October 30, 2024 PT.

Will there be product enhancements and improvements following the pricing changes?

The Easy Agile team is continuously delivering new features and improvements to our products, with customer votes for items on the product backlog directing our next stages of development. We look forward to maintaining the high quality our customers have come to expect from our applications and continuously delivering value to help teams realise the benefits of agile.

I'm on a trial but haven't signed up yet. What does this mean for me?

If you are on a current trial of an Easy Agile application you must either purchase a license or generate a quote prior to October 30, 2024 PT in order to lock in the original price. Your quote will be honoured for 60 days at the original price.

Any quotes generated or purchases made without a quote after this date will be at the new price.

Can I buy or renew apps at the original price?

Existing customers have 60 days from the date the pricing change takes effect in which to purchase or renew at the original price. Any quotes generated prior to October 30, 2024 PT will be honoured for 60 days at the original price.
